13 71 030 Removing and installing/replacing both intake silencer housings (S63 B44 T 0)

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Switch off ignition.

NOTE: Description relates to the left intake silencer housing, the procedure for the right side is identical.

Release clamp (1).

Tightening torque 13 71 2AZ .

Disconnect connector (2) at the hot film air mass meter.

Release screw (3).

Tightening torque 13 71 1AZ .

Release hose (4) from intake silencer housing.

Pull off intake silencer housing (5) to the top out of rubber mount and remove.
