64 11 221 Replacing resistor for heating and A/C unit blower (IHR/IHKR)

Release screws (1) and feed out cover (2) towards bottom.

Version 1 

Disconnect plug connection (1).

Turn resistor (2) to left slightly and remove.

Installation: 

Marking (1) on resistor must match up with marking (2) on heater.

Version 2 

Unlock retaining lug (1). Pull the resistor (2) in direction of arrow out of the guide.

Unfasten plug connection (1) and disconnect. Take off resistor (2).
