41 52 060 Removing and installing clubdoor

IMPORTANT: Do not damage adjoining body parts.

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Release wiring harness (1) and carefully pull out of door.

Installation note:

Make sure wiring harness is correctly seated (watertightness).

NOTE: Secure door against closing.

Release screw (2) on door retainer.

Tightening torque 51 22 4AZ

IMPORTANT: Secure door against falling out.

Release screws (3) and pull out of hinges.

Tightening torque 41 52 1AZ

Remove door.

Installation note:

If necessary, ADJUST DOOR .
