13 54 030 Removing and installing/sealing throttle body (N12)

Necessary preliminary tasks: 

• Read out fault memory of DME control unit.
• Check stored fault messages.
• Switch off ignition
• Remove AIR INTAKE HOSE 

Unfasten screws.

Tightening torque 13 54 1AZ

Carefully feed out throttle valve assembly (1) towards top until plug for cable connection is accessible.

Unlock connector and remove.

Remove throttle valve assembly (1).

Installation: 

Replace sealing ring (1).
