72 12 000 Removing and installing or replacing airbag module on passenger side

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Remove INSTRUMENT PANEL UPPER SECTION TRIM PANEL .

Unscrew nuts (1).

Installation note:

Replace nuts (1).

Tightening torque 72 12 07AZ .

Remove bracket (2) for airbag module.

Tightening torque 72 12 01AZ .

Remove airbag module from instrument panel.
