51 37 000 Removing and installing complete rear left or right power window regulator: Notes

Necessary preliminary tasks: 

Side window (1) must be opened to dimension (A).

A = approx. 150 mm

Release screws (1) and remove connecting bracket (2).

Tightening torque 51 37 4AZ

R57 only:

Disconnect wiring harness mounting (1) from power window regulator (2).

Slacken nut (1) (do not release fully).

Tightening torque 51 37 3AZ

Slacken screws (1) on power window regulator (2) (do not release fully).

Tightening torque 51 37 3AZ

Pull out power window regulator (1) towards top slightly.

R52 only: 

Lift out cable holder (2) from power window regulator (1).

Disconnect plug connection (3) on flat motor (4).

Remove power window regulator (1).
