11 62 000 Removing and installing, sealing/replacing exhaust manifold (N12)

Necessary preliminary tasks: 

• Move front end into ASSEMBLY POSITION .
• Remove EXHAUST SYSTEM .
• Remove both LAMBDA OXYGEN SENSORS .
• Detach heat shield.

Release screws (1).

Tightening torque: 11 62 2AZ .

Release all nuts (1).

Tightening torque: 11 62 1AZ .

Feed out exhaust manifold (1) downwards.

Installation: 

Replace all seals.

Assemble engine.
