54 34 170 Removing and installing/replacing left or right retaining hook (centering tip)

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Release screws (1).

NOTE: Insert screws with Loctite.

Release screw (1).

NOTE: Insert screw with Loctite.

Feed out centering tip (2).

Detach sleeve (1) from centering tip (2).

Turn centering tip (2) downwards to relieve tension on spring.

Remove centering tip (2) in direction of arrow in inward direction.
