65 83 560 Removing and installing/replacing front trim for Car Communication Computer

Necessary preliminary tasks: 

Release screws (1).

NOTE: To facilitate feeding out the front trim panel in the next work step, carefully pull instrument cluster (2) forwards in lower area.

Release screws (1).

Fold down front panel for Car Communication Computer (2) upwards and remove.

NOTE: "LIF" stands for Low Insert Force.

Open catch of LIF plug (2) in direction of arrow and feed out LIF cable (1).

Remove front trim (4) from Car Communication Computer (3).
