51 13 298 Removing and installing/replacing rear roof strip

Release screws (1).

Feed out roof strip (2) towards bottom.

Disconnect hose connection (1) and plug connection (2).

Remove roof strip (4).

Installation:

Ensure correct line routing (3)!

Installation:

Make sure guide pin (1) is correctly seated in roof strip (2).

Installation:

If necessary, replace damaged clips (1).

Make sure seals (2) are correctly seated.

Replacement:

Remove gasket (1).

Make sure seal (1) is correctly seated on roof strip (2).

Remove spray nozzle. See WINDOW WASHER SYSTEM .
