51 43 201 Removing and installing or replacing trim for roof pillar at front (A-pillar), left or right

WARNING: Vehicles with head airbags:
Read and comply with safety regulations for working on vehicles with airbag systems.

IMPORTANT: Do not use any sharp-edged tools to remove the trim (risk of damage to head airbag).

Lever out protective cap (1) and release screw underneath.

Tightening torque 51 43 1AZ.

Release panel (3) from clips (2) and remove towards inside.

Installation:

Make sure door seal (4) is correctly seated.

Installation:

Clips (2) must not be damaged.

Guides (3) must not be damaged, replace trim (1).

Replacement:

Modify tweeter (4).
