51 42 021 Removing and installing/replacing door trim panel on clubdoor

Special tools required: 

• 00 9 317  . See MAINTENANCE AND GENERAL INFORMATION - SPECIAL TOOLS -- S CLUBMAN .

Necessary preliminary tasks: 

• Remove trim panel for door pillar   from clubdoor.

Release screws (1 and 2).

Release door trim panel (4) with special tool 00 9 317 from clips (3).

Installation: 

Make sure belt strap can move freely.

Make sure mucket is correctly seated.

Installation: 

If necessary, replace faulty clips (1 and 2).
