24 11 040 Removing and installing/replacing transmission fluid cooler (AISIN)

IMPORTANT:
No dirt is allowed to enter the oil circuit.

Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Drain coolant, see DRAINING AND ADDING COOLANT (N52K)
- Remove intake filter housing, see REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING INTAKE FILTER HOUSING (N52K)
- Remove intake filter housing gaiter.
Unfasten hose clips.
Detach coolant hoses (1) from transmission fluid cooler.
Release screw (1).
Tightening torque 24 11 11AZ .
Installation:
Pay attention to position lug (2).
Replace sealing ring (1).
Installation:
Clean contact surfaces.
Moisten sealing ring (1) with clean transmission fluid.
Replace sealing ring (1).
Installation:
Clean contact surfaces.
Moisten sealing ring (1) with clean transmission fluid.
