Replace sealing rings.

Draw off refrigerant from A/C system. See 64 50 009 Drawing Off, Evacuating And Filling A/C System (R 134a)

Remove lines from air conditioner.

Installation

Replace sealing rings.

Evacuate and fill A/C system. See 64 50 009 Drawing Off, Evacuating And Filling A/C System (R 134a)

Tilt cassette backwards slightly and lift upwards to remove.

Check rubber mounts on left and right sides.

Install cassette in left and right retainers and push forwards as far as it will go.
