51 42 001 Replacing door trim panel, rear left or right (Protection)

Remove REAR DOOR TRIM PANEL ,

refer to 51 42 000 REMOVING AND INSTALLING REAR LEFT OR RIGHT DOOR TRIM PANEL .

Version with loudspeaker:

If necessary, pull off retaining disks (1) and remove loudspeaker (2).

Stick protective mat (1) to inside of new door trim panel with butylene tape (sourcing reference: BMW Part).

Replace all clips.
