11 51 000 Removing and installing/replacing water pump (COOPER S)

Remove supercharger. Refer to 11 65 035 Removing and installing/replacing supercharger .

Remove water pump retaining bolts (1).

Tightening torque 11 51 2AZ. Refer to ENGINE - TIGHTENING TORQUES .

Align water pump drive (1) with supercharger drive (2).

Install water pump to supercharger.

Install new sealing ring (1) to water pump.

Lubricate sealing ring with Syntheso Glep 1.
