67 63 511 Removing and installing/replacing wiper motor

Remove complete wiper console, refer to 61 61 270 REMOVING AND INSTALLING COMPLETE WIPER CONSOLE

Unfasten nut and remove drive crank with linkage.

Unfasten screws and remove wiper motor from console.

Installation:

Install wiper motor together with console. Fit connector and run wiper in rest position. Reinsert connector.

Align wiper linkage in one line, attach drive crank to wiper shaft and tighten down. Comply with tightening torque, refer to 61 61 4AZ in GENERAL ELECTRICAL SYSTEM - TIGHTENING TORQUES .

Refit the connector.
