64 11 262 Removing and installing/replacing auxiliary water pump (on fan cowl)

Follow instructions for working on cooling system, refer to 17 00... INSTRUCTIONS FOR WORKING ON COOLING SYSTEM .

Remove front splash guard.

WARNING: Danger of scalding!
Only perform this work after engine has cooled down.

Disconnect plug connection (1).

Disconnect water hoses (2).

Detach holder and remove auxiliary water pump.

Installation:

Filling and bleeding the cooling system, refer to 17 00 039 BLEEDING COOLING SYSTEM AND CHECKING FOR WATER LEAKS .
