64 12 500 Removing and installing/replacing complete heater (Thermo Top S)

Remove front left wheel.

Remove trim panel from front left wheelhouse.

CAUTION: Allow engine to cool down.

Unfasten plug connection.

Close off supply and return hose as well as fuel hose with hose clips. Release hose clips (1) and disconnect hoses. Release screws (2) and remove heater.

Installation:

Replace sealing ring and ensure it is correctly seated.

Installation:

Ensure that bracket (1) rests in groove (2).

Bleed independent heating unit, refer to 64 12... BLEEDING INDEPENDANT HEATING (THERMO TOP S) .
