61 31 226 Replacing switch on sports steering wheel on left or right

Remove airbag unit, refer to appropriate RESTRAINTS article. See AIR BAG CONTROL UNIT
Unclip switch on sports steering wheel (1) in direction of arrow from sports steering wheel (2).
Disconnect plug connections underneath.
Installation:
Check that wiring harness (3) is correctly routed in guides (4).
