51 12 801 Replacing bracket for rear bumper at left or right

Remove complete rear bumper, refer to 51 12 000 REMOVING AND INSTALLING COMPLETE REAR BUMPER .

Installation:

If necessary, mark position of bracket on body.

Unfasten screws and remove bracket (1).

Tightening torque, refer to 51 12 5AZ in BODY EQUIPMENT - TIGHTENING TORQUES .

Ideal adjustment:

Distance (A) on side between bumper and body-cutout is to be the same.

Dimension (A) = 5 +/- 1 mm
