51 47 000 Removing and installing/replacing front (inside) left or right entrance cover strip

Disengage retaining lugs (5) of front entrance cover strip (2) from both adjoining panels.
IMPORTANT:
Carefully lever out front entrance cover strip (2).
Lever out front entrance cover strip (2) at front retaining points (3).
Pull back front entrance cover strip (2) and feed out of rear retaining points (1).
Installation:
Position front entrance cover strip (2) preinstalled with clips (4) on associated bores and clip into place.
Installation:
Clip mounts of front entrance cover strip (2) must not be damaged.
Retaining lugs (3) of front entrance cover strip (2) must not be damaged.
If necessary, lever out clips (1) remaining in floor pan.
If necessary, replace faulty clips (1).
Slide clips (1) into clip mounts of front entrance cover strip (2).
