52 26 303 Removing and installing/replacing actuating mechanism for rear seat backrest

Necessary Preliminary Tasks:

Remove rear panel on rear seat backrest. Refer to 52 26 201 REMOVING AND INSTALLING / REPLACING REAR PANEL ON REAR SEAT BACKREST .

Remove outer sleeve of Bowden cable (1) from actuating mechanism.

Disconnect Bowden cable (2) from actuating mechanism.

Release clips (1) and remove actuating mechanism.

Installation:

Make sure guide lugs (2) are correctly seated.
