Securing engine in installation position with special tool (W10/W11)

Special Tools Required:
- 00 0 200
- 00 0 201
- 00 0 202
- 00 0 205
- 00 0 207
- 00 0 209
- 11 8 260
- 51 2 160
Necessary Preliminary Tasks:
- Disconnect battery (W11).
- Remove battery (W10). Refer to 12 00 DISCONNECTING AND CONNECTING BATTERY .
Install special tool 51 2 160.
Reduce excess pressure in cooling system.
Release screw (1).
Lay bracket for oxygen sensor to one side.
Release screw (2).
Release coolant line clamp (3).
Screw special tool 11 8 260 onto cylinder head.
NOTE:
The water pipe is also secured to special tool 11 8 260 at the same time. See Fig 3.
Assemble special tool 00 0 200 with special tools 00 0 201 / 00 0 202 / 00 0 205 / 00 0 207 / 00 0 209 and fit.
NOTE:
Remove plug before fitting special tool.
Risk Of Damage On Both Side Walls.
Assemble engine.
