Removal & Installation (4-Cylinder)

Remove engine front brace. Locate fuel pressure regulator on bottom side of intake manifold upper section. See Fig 1. Pull off fuel pressure regulator vacuum hose. Remove bolt from clamp securing fuel pressure regulator. Pull out fuel pressure regulator. To install, reverse removal procedure.
NOTE:
Fuel pressure regulator for 6-cylinder vehicles may be installed on fuel rail (type 1) or under vehicle (type 2).
