Master Brake Cylinder: Installation

- Install master brake cylinder to brake unit. When inserting master brake cylinder make sure that pressure rods of brake booster and master brake cylinder lie in one plane. Replace self-locking nuts and tighten to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
- Attach and tighten screw connections of brake lines and tighten to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
- To install, reverse removal procedure.
- Push the expansion tank vertically onto the master brake cylinder.
- Refill brake fluid and bleed the system. See BLEEDING BRAKE SYSTEM .
