Caliper Assembly: Installation

CAUTION: Check routing and securing of brake pad wear sensor cable. Check for correct securing with tab of dust cap. Rubbing of cable on rim must be prevented.
  1. To install, reverse removal procedure.
  2. Only clean guide screws. Do not grease. Check threads. Replace all guide screws which are not in perfect condition.
  3. Tighten caliper mounting bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
  4. Bleed hydraulic system.
  5. Install and tighten wheel bolt. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
