New Brake Line Precautions

  1. Protective coating on brake lines must not be damaged while bending.
  2. Brake lines must not be bent back and forth.
  3. Watch distances to fixed and moveable vehicle parts. Brake lines must not contact or rub.
  4. Tighten brake line couplings with torque wrench to specifications. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
