51 42 400 Removing And Installing/Replacing Chest Strip (Chrome Strip) On Left Or Right Rear Door (With Roller Sun Blind)

Special Tools Required:

00 9 317

Detach front chest strip (1) with special tool 00 9 317 in direction of arrow.

Installation:

Following parts of chest strip (4) must not be damaged or missing:

Surface.
Aluminum insert for connecting flange.
Sealing brush.

Installation:

Attach chest strip correctly to flange (1).

Detach rear chest strip (1) with special tool 00 9 317 in direction of arrow.

Installation:

Following parts of chest strip (3) must not be damaged or missing:

Surface.
Aluminum insert for connecting flange.
