51 21 351 Replacing Window Cavity Seal On Left Or Right Front Door

Necessary Preliminary Tasks:

Remove front door trim panel. Refer to 51 41 000 REMOVING AND INSTALLING LEFT OR RIGHT FRONT DOOR TRIM PANEL .

Pull off window cavity seal (1) starting at rear in direction of arrow.

Installation:

If necessary, replace faulty clips (2 and 3).

Coat window cavity seal (1) with water before fitting.

Installation:

Aluminium insert (1) of window cavity seal (2) must not be damaged.

Initialize power window. Refer to 67 62... NOTES ON INITIALIZING POWER WINDOW .
