61 31 083 Removing and installing/replacing switch for unlocking rear lid

NOTE: For purposes of clarity, pictures show "panel for rear lid lower section" removed.

Remove cover for loading sill. Refer to 51 49 080 REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING COVER FOR LOADING SILL (ON REAR LID LOWER SECTION) .

Grip sides of switch (2) and pull out.

Disconnect plug connection (1) and remove switch (2).
