Front Axle

  1. Move steering gear to straight ahead position, marking on housing and steering shaft must line up. See Fig 1 .
  2. Slacken lock nut (1) on steering tie rod, gripping outer tie rod in so doing. Adjust toe-in to 0 degrees 02'-14' by turning tie rod (2). See Fig 2 .
  3. Grip outer tie rod and tighten lock nut (1) to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  .
