WARNING:
Shock absorber prevents trailing arm and drive axle from dropping too far. Support trailing arm during disassembly to avoid CV joint damage.
CAUTION:
The shock absorber has the function of an arrester band. To prevent damage to the axle shaft, do not remove the support or raise the vehicle.
