Coil Spring: Removal

- Raise and support vehicle. Remove rear wheel assembly.
- Remove drive axle from differential output flange and suspend aside. See AXLE SHAFT article.
- Unscrew stabilizer on trailing arm, if necessary.
- Using a jack, support trailing arm and disconnect shock absorber. See Figure .
- Lower trailing arm, and remove coil spring. See Figure .
