51 45 314 Removing and installing/replacing center (bottom) instrument panel trim

Necessary preliminary tasks: 

Release trim (1) with special tool 00 9 317 first at top from retainers (2), then at bottom from pin (3).

Disconnect associated plug connections and remove trim (1).

Installation: 

Retainers (1) and pins (3) must not be damaged.

Replacement: 

Remove SWITCH (2) .
