13 54 030 Removing and installing/sealing throttle valve assembly (N20, N26)

IMPORTANT: Read and comply with notes on PROTECTION AGAINST ELECTROSTATIC DISCHARGE (ESD PROTECTION) .

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Switch off ignition.
Release CHARGE AIR DUCT on throttle body and lay it on its side.

Unlock tank ventilation line (1) and disconnect.

Unlock connector (2) and remove.

Release screws (3).

Tightening torque 13 54 1AZ .

Remove throttle body (4).

Installation note:

Replace sealing ring (1) of throttle body (2).

Delete fault memory.
