51 46 050 Removing and installing/replacing top cover on tail panel

00 9 325

Necessary preliminary work:

Remove TRIM PANEL FOR D-PILLAR ON LEFT AND RIGHT

Release screws (1).

Remove lashing eyes (2). Tightening torque: 51 47 1 AZ .

Release clips (1) and clamps (2) with special tool 00 9 325 .

Remove trim (3) in direction of arrow.

Clips (1) and clamps (2) must not be damaged or missing.

Replacement:

Replace clips (1) and clamps (2).
