51 36 040 Removing and installing/replacing strip on side window at rear bottom left or right

When working on trim panel components, make sure that visible surfaces are not scratched or damaged.

First push the strip (1) in direction of arrow (3) and then unclip it in direction of arrow (4).

IMPORTANT: Clip (2) may become detached from the strip (1).

Installation note:

Push clip (1) into strip (2).

Make sure retaining lug (4) is locked in groove (3).

Installation note:

Guides (1) must not be damaged.

First position the strip (2) in direction of arrow (A) and then slide it in direction of arrow (B).
