11 43 000 Removing and installing/sealing guide tube for oil dipstick (M54)

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Drain off engine oil.
Remove intake hose. See 13 71 000 REMOVING AND INSTALLING INTAKE FILTER HOUSING .

Release screw on guide tube holder.

Remove return hose on oil dipstick guide tube.

Remove guide tube upwards.

Installation:

Remove sealing ring from oil sump.
Coat new sealing ring with anti-friction agent and slide onto guide tube.
Insert guide tube into oil sump.
