63 11 848 Replace both the left LED fans

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Remove WHEEL ARCH COVER (front section)
Remove SEAL MOUNTING FOR ENGINE COMPARTMENT LID

Release screws (1).

Tightening torque 63 11 6AZ .

Remove protective cap (2).

Installation note:

Check protective cap (2) for correct fit.

IMPORTANT: Risk of damage due to moisture penetration.

Installation note:

Screw traps should not be damaged or missing.

The seal (1) must not be damaged or missing.

Replace protective cap (2) if necessary.

Release screw (1).

Tightening torque 63 11 5AZ .

Pull out the LED-fan (2).

Unlock and disconnect connector (3).

Release screws (1).

Tightening torque 63 11 6AZ .

Remove cover (2).

Installation note:

Check protective cap (2) for correct fit.
