00 00... Checking coolant level and concentration, correcting if necessary

Check connections, hose clamps and hoses for coolant residues and damage such as e.g. cracks.
Check coolant composition in expansion tank: should be - 35°C to - 40°C.
Check coolant level in expansion tank. Coolant level must be between the "Min." and "Max." marks. If necessary, top up coolant to max. fluid level. If there is no coolant, also identify the cause and notify the customer.
During refill (for special allocation):
- If needed, drain coolant volume difference. See 17 00 005 DRAINING AND ADDING COOLANT (N63) .
- Top up prescribed coolant. See RADIATOR -- OPERATING FLUIDS
