51 43 002 Removing and installing rear left or right side trim panel

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Remove BACKREST FOR REAR SEAT

Release screw (1).

Unclip side trim panel (2) at marked points.

Unlock associated plug connections and cable clip and disconnect.

Remove side trim panel (2).

Installation note:

Make sure edge protection (3) on side trim panel is correctly seated.

Installation note:

Fit all clips (1) with sealing ring.

If necessary, replace faulty clips (1).

IMPORTANT: Different types of clips are used.
Note color coding.
