41 63 080 Removing And Installing/Replacing Hinge For Soft Top Compartment Lid

Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove water channel cover at rear center (tailgate). See 51 71 385 REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING REAR MIDDLE WATER GUTTER TRIM (REAR LID) .
Open tailgate.
Release screws (1).
Lift soft top compartment lid slightly and remove hinge.
Installation note:
Tightening torque 41 63 1AZ/2AZ
Adjust hinge together with soft top compartment lid. See 41 63 068 ADJUSTING SOFT TOP COMPARTMENT LID .
