66 54 015 Replacing lens cover for night vision camera

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Completely remove NIGHT VISION CAMERA

Unlock latch mechanisms (1) and unfasten cover (2) in direction of arrow.

Carefully remove sealing ring (1).

IMPORTANT: Adjoining surface of lens must not be damaged when sealing ring is removed!

Installation note:

Replace sealing ring.

Thoroughly clean sealing joint (1) using solvent cleaner R2 and cotton buds. See 51 00... CLEANER R2 .

After installation:

Adjust NIGHT VISION CAMERA
Fill up with washer fluid
