63 25 000 Removing and installing/replacing auxiliary brake light

Necessary preliminary work:

Remove tailgate trim. See 51 49 000 REMOVING AND INSTALLING OR REPLACING TRIM FOR REAR LID .

Disconnect plug connection (1).

Unfasten screws (2).

Release latch mechanism (1) on left and right of additional brake light (2).

Remove auxiliary brake light (2).

Installation note:

Seal (1) on the additional brake light must not be damaged or missing.
