52 14 095 Replacing cover of backrest on outside

Carefully unclip cover (1) in direction of arrow.

IMPORTANT: Risk of damage!
Cover (1) is secured to backrest frame by a retaining strap.

Unclip clamp (1) from backrest frame.

Installation note:

Ensure that the clamp (1) on the backrest frame and the clamp (2) on the cover are correctly and firmly seated.

Installation note:

Clamps and retaining strap must not be damaged.

Replace clamps with retaining strap.

Pull release handle (1) and feed out cover (2).

Replace metal clamps after every disassembly and preassemble in trim.
