52 14 117 Replacing right lumbar support pump

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Partially remove backrest cover. See 52 14 407 REPLACING BACKREST COVER FOR DRIVER'S SEAT (NORMAL/ELECTRIC) , 52 14 408 REPLACING BACKREST COVER FOR FRONT PASSENGER SEAT (NORMAL/ELECTRICAL) , 52 16 407 REPLACING BACKREST COVER (SPORT) FOR DRIVER'S SEAT or 52 16 408 REPLACING BACKREST COVER (SPORT) FOR FRONT PASSENGER SEAT .

Cut open cable strap (1).

Installation note:

Replace defective cable straps.

Unfasten plug connection (2) and disconnect.

Remove lumbar support pump (3) from backrest frame.

Unlock quick connector (1) and remove air hose (clear) from valve body.

NOTE: Connections are coded against incorrect assembly.
