54 34 315 Removing and installing power window regulator (rear window)

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Remove REAR WINDOW

Release screws (1).

Remove cover and disconnect drive cable.

Installation note:

Insert guide plate (2) in drive.

Insert drive cable (3) correctly in worm gear drive.

Mount cover and screw on.

Disconnect cable straps at guide tubes for riser cable.

Disconnect cable straps at connector for left and right heated rear window.

Installation note:

Replace cable strap.

Release left and right screws (1).

Tightening torque 54 34 05AZ .

Remove complete power window regulator with drive cables.
