52 17 035 Removing and installing/replacing gearing for head restraint adjustment (comfort seat)

Head restraint must be moved as far forwards as possible.
Remove rear panel at top.
Remove rear panel at bottom.
Withdraw shaft (1) from gearing (2).
Detach upper and lower retainer of gearing (2).
Remove gearing (2) to side.
Installation:
Carry out function check.
