51 47 000 Removing and installing/replacing the front (inside) left or right rocker panel strip

CAUTION: Risk of breakage to connecting lug on B-pillar trim panel. Do not raise entrance cover strip (1) over entire length simultaneously.

Raise entrance cover strip (1) from front to rear and detach with clips (2) from floor plate.

Detach entrance cover strip (1) from B-pillar trim panel at bottom towards front.

If necessary, lift clips off floor plate.

Installation:

If necessary, replace defective clips (1).

Connecting lug (3) of entrance cover strip (2) must not be damaged.
